4. Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance - in the unlikely event that you have a complaint about the service provided, please telephone or put this in writing to the address shown on this website, to allow the problem to be resolved.

5. Non Payment / Bounced Cheques

No services are provided without full prior payment. If a payment cheque bounces a £20 administration charge will be added to the bill. If the bill remains unpaid the matter will then be pursued via the County Court. There are no exceptions to this under any circumstance whatsoever.

6. Liability

No liability whatsoever is accepted for any consequential effects in respect of the use of any service provided.

7. Applicable Law

The Laws of England and jurisdiction of the English Courts are applicable to all matters relating to or arising from the use of this website or the services provided.
