Service Provided

The service is provided to clients who live in South East Northumberland, Newcastle, North Tyneside or South Tyneside.

There are three stages in the CV service provided:

Stage 1

This consists of a visit to your home to discuss and obtain the information required from you to prepare your CV. This is done in a format that clients find simple and comfortable. It involves minimal advance preparation and normally takes between one and two hours.

Experience shows that in most cases this is by far the best and easiest way to prepare the information required to produce a high quality CV.

Stage 2

When your CV has been prepared you will be sent a draft copy by e-mail to review. At this stage any changes you wish to make or additional information you wish to add can be incorporated.

Stage 3

On completion you will receive 6 copies of your CV printed on high quality watermarked cream paper with a laid surface. This looks far more professional and distinctive than a CV printed on plain white paper. Electronic versions in MS Word and  PDF format will also be provided by e-mail if required.

Paper copies are delivered to you by first class post in a hard backed protective envelope. Alternatively, they can be hand delivered for an additional fee.

Future Updates

Clients CV's can be stored for future updating with additional experience, qualifications, change of address, etc. Alternatively all data can be permanently erased.

• Other locations will incur an additional fuel / travel time charge - please enquire for cost.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of visit. Payment by cheque or cash only.

The service provided utilizes the information provided by clients which is assumed to be true and accurately given. No responsibility is taken for the accuracy of that information which is subsequently incorporated into the product. The service is not provided to persons under 18 years of age.

2. Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance - in the unlikely event that you have a complaint about the service provided, please telephone or put this in writing, to allow the problem to be resolved.

3. Bounced Cheques

No services are provided without full prior payment. If a payment cheque bounces a £20 administration charge will be added to the bill. If the bill remains unpaid the matter will then be pursued via the County Court. There are no exceptions to this under any circumstance whatsoever.

4. Liability

No liability whatsoever is accepted for any consequential effects in respect of the use of any service provided.

5. Applicable Law

The Laws of England and jurisdiction of the English Courts are applicable to all matters relating to or arising from the use of this website or the services provided.
